The team behind Pariksham
Sayon Institute of Innovation is a technology and education-focused organization dedicated to building digital solutions for Indian educational institutes. We understand the unique challenges faced by schools and coaching centers in India, and we build software that addresses those needs.
Pariksham was born out of the need for a simple, affordable, and secure online examination platform that doesn't require technical expertise to use. Our goal is to make technology accessible to every institute, regardless of size or budget.
With a team of experienced developers, educators, and designers, we continuously improve Pariksham based on real feedback from institutes using the platform every day.

Pariksham respects the privacy of all users. We collect only essential information required to provide the examination platform services, including institute details, student information, exam data, and results.
Data Collection: We collect institute name, logo, contact email, student names, roll numbers, exam responses, and scores.
Data Usage: All data is used solely to provide examination services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Data Security: All data is stored securely using Firebase's industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
Your Rights: Institutes can request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us at pariksham.info@sayonedu.in.

By using Pariksham, institutes and students agree to the following terms:
1. Service Usage: Pariksham is provided "as is" for educational examination purposes. Institutes are responsible for ensuring accurate student data and exam content.
2. Account Responsibility: Institutes are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and ensuring students use the platform appropriately.
3. Fair Use: Institutes must not misuse the platform for any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.
4. Payment & Plans: Plan upgrades are processed via UPI payment. Refunds are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitation of Liability: Pariksham is not liable for any data loss, technical issues, or exam disruptions caused by internet connectivity or user error.
6. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
